Sarah Gummett-Hart is a Vocal Psychotherapist based in Surrey, UK, using music and voice to support you through your challenges.
As a HCPC Registered Music Therapist and Austin Vocal Psychotherapist (AVPT) with over 15 years experience I can help you find, and use your authentic voice so that you can discover internal peace and take control of your life.

Austin Vocal Psychotherapy
Vocal Psychotherapy is the use of the breath, natural vocal sounds, vocal improvisation, songs and dialogue within a client-therapist relationship to promote intrapsychic and interpersonal growth and change. This may include processing trauma and working through personal challenges.
You don’t need to have any previous singing experience to access Vocal Psychotherapy. Whether 1:1 work or a group process you will be resources, supported and guided through vocal exercises and breathwork.
I have over 15 years clinical experience working as a Music Therapist. My work is regularly supervised and I complete ongoing Continue Professional Development as part of my career long learning.
Ways we can work together
1:1 Vocal Psychotherapy sessions: Uniquely You – we will work weekly, focusing on your personal goals and towards integration of your authentic self.
Group Work: Own Your Truth – Within this eight week programme you can work alongside others who have similar goals. We will work on connection with your inner voice, embracing change and trusting your intuition. Through vocal exercises, songwriting, and sharing, participants explore their deepest thoughts and feelings.
One-off workshops: Find Your Voice – introductory sessions take place on a weekday evening, or weekday for a longer session, with up to 10 participants, exploring the start of using voice, breathe and movement to connect with yourself and your goals.
